Refund & Return Policy

At DropShelf, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not fully happy with your order, we’re here to help.

Return Eligibility

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for eligible products.

To qualify for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in its original condition.

  • The product must be returned in the original packaging.

  • Proof of purchase or order confirmation is required.

Products that are damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or normal wear and tear are not eligible for return.


Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

To process your request faster, kindly share:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos/videos of the product

  • Photos of the packaging received

Once verified, we will arrange a replacement or refund as applicable.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Used products

  • Products damaged after delivery

  • Customized or special-order items

  • Items returned without original packaging

Our support team will review your request and provide return instructions.

Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.


Refunds

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding approval of your refund.

If approved:

  • Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days.

  • The amount will be credited to your original payment method.

  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds may be processed via bank transfer or UPI.

Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable unless the product received was damaged or incorrect.


Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product received is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service for returns.


Order Cancellation

Orders can only be cancelled before dispatch.

Once an order has been shipped, cancellation requests may not be accepted.
